Update : did not work , see screen shot, i have to add latin test in the title to be able to post.. Initially i had set "Ð”Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð¾ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¶Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ‚ÑŒ Ð½Ð°" as the title.
